Over the last 30 years I’ve gathered information and techniques using psychology, counselling and kinesiology to help you make sense of what is going on in your life and in your relationships. I’ll give you support, understanding and show you practical ways to create positive changes.

I experienced huge shifts in the way I responded to ongoing emotional stresses. Almost like clearing away the fog allowing me to think clearly and respond to situations, giving me the ability to achieve the outcomes that I always wanted, but had eluded me. I was stuck in patterns of behaviour, the change in my energy enabled me to change my dogmatic behaviour. Through my sessions with Jo, I quickly and easily became aware of where I was ‘really at’ and therefore able to move in the direction of where I wanted to be, such a self-empowering experience. Jo is an amazing facilitator in this process, always making you feel safe and supported to explore your story.
All sessions are conducted from my Online Zoom office. I believe this is the best way to continue to support you and protect our health during Covid-19. If you haven’t had an online session it’s normal to feel apprehensive and even nervous. Online sessions are different to face to face but not better or worse. Many of my clients have enjoyed the ease of doing the sessions from the comfort and security of their home, not having to travel to appointments.
